Borrowing terms

1. The library behind the site

These terms govern your use of frostspirelibrary.com ("Frostspire Library", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of frostspirelibrary.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may borrow

Frostspire Library is meant solely for users aged 19 or over, and using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. The coins on your card

• Every game is played with virtual coins that we supply at no charge.
• A coin has no monetary value; it is not money, credit or property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
• No prize with real-world value is offered, at any time.
• We keep the right to adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever needed.

4. Real-money gambling has no shelf here

Frostspire Library does not offer or promote real-money gambling in any form, and no page links to a gambling operator.

5. Your library card

• A free account is needed for the two worlds beyond the open one. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password private, and tell us without delay if you think someone else has used your account.
• The account page holds a delete button you may press at any moment; deletion is instant and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site, or one we have reason to believe belongs to someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions stay attached to the account; they are never your property and may be reset.

6. Conduct in the stacks

Disrupting the site, pointing automated tools at it, offering to trade coins or letting anyone under 19 use it are all forbidden.

7. Keeping the doors open, and liability

The site is offered “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Ontario and Canadian law govern these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and by the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.

9. How to write to the library
